All the prices are per person and per day for a stay of at least 3 days. For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge applies.
In addition, a visitors’ tax of 2,70 euros per person and per day is charged (excluding children under the age of 14).
A reservation is considered valid only upon our written confirmation and the payment of a deposit of €100.00 per room.
Single-room supplement:

Children’s discounts (for children in their parents’ room):
up to the age of 2: -100%
aged 3 to 7: -50%
aged 8 to 11: -30%
aged 12 to 16: -15%
The sauna area is included in the price, and also the mobilcard, which allows to use all the public transport in the province of Bolzano and until Vigo di Fassa.
Free WiFi in the communal area and in the rooms.
Cancellations:
We kindly ask for your understanding that the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 30% (deposit will be retained)
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 40%
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In case of late arrival or early departure, a minimum of 3 nights will be charged
